Guests can call the hotel directly at (800) 457-4653, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. During off hours the phones will route to Marriott Central Reservations, who will be able to assist your guests as well. Our in house agents do know the property best, however, so I recommend that your guests call during office hours if at all possible. Make sure that the guests mention that they are with Florida Fire Chiefs to get your group rate.

Select Reservations, then enter your group code ffcffca. However the first link enters the code for them, so it's usually easier.
Please note that guests can only book online rooms for your
contracted block. Rooms for pre and post nights, Villa Suites, or
after your cutoff date do still need to be booked with reservations.

Scholarship Information
Each year the Florida Fire & Emergency Services Foundation extends scholarships to several of the educational programs sponsored by the Foundation. The Foundation will pay* for your full conference registration, hotel stay, meals and mileage. *Scholarship payment will be made upon completion of a written report to the Florida Fire & Emergency Services Foundation detailing advantages gained through attendance, which may be published in Florida Fire Service magazine.
